He’s still a dick, to be clear, but a clever dick.

I think it’s pretty rude of the police to wait for *you* to come to them. I do something wrong and you need to arrest me? Totally fine. But make me come to the station and “turn myself in”? I pay taxes — come throw me in the back of the van yourself!

In this case, a dude was being way too loud with his car, and so, the police were called. However, as he was on private property, they apparently couldn’t enter the place to actually ticket him. Instead, they needed to wait until he drove out.

And so, he figured out a way around it so he wouldn’t (technically) be driving. Sorry, officer, looks like I just got towed!
